Why Scrap?

Scrap metal is a valuable resource that can be recycled and should not be thrown away in the trash. Scrapping metals keeps materials that can not be broken down out of landfills and helps keep the environment safe. Scrap metal cannot be put into recycling bins so give Equip Trucking & Warehousing, LLC a call to dispose of your machines.

Equip Trucking & Warehousing, LLC can help remove and dispose of your large machines that you no longer want or need in your shop. We can torch and/or cut up and dismantle your machines so they can easily fit onto a legal size truckload. Many companies call us because their machines are too large for them to handle themselves.

Types of scrap metal we can take:

  • Steel
  • Cast Iron
  • Aluminum
  • Tin
  • Brass
  • Copper
  • Lead
  • Zinc
  • Nickel

Torching

Torching is the use of acetylene and oxygen to cut through a piece of metal. This allows heavy duty pieces to be cut when other methods do not work or are not as effective. Torching is also more cost effective than folding, bending, sawing, or melting. By torching material, it can allow our team to maximize freight of scrap material which in turn, lowers cost. Equip Trucking and Warehousing, LLC can utilize torching for jobs that are too big for customers, which is why they call us.
